Ingredients
- 4 table spoons of milk
- 2 eggs
- Seasoning
- Half an onion
- 1 spring onion
- 1 red pepper
- 3 mushrooms
Method
- Put the 2 eggs into a bowl and then mix. Season and add the milk.
- Chop the peppers, mushrooms, spring onions and onions until they are very small.
- Heat a pan with 2 table spoons of oil. Make sure it is hot before adding vegetables.
- Pour in the egg and milk mixture and raise the heat. Leave to set.
